I'm Lucho, first time posting and wanted to intoduce myself, Great site, cool board. Like many I'm looking forward to any news concerning the JL Animated show, and looks like this is the place for it.

When you get 10 posts or more, you can set one up yourself (maybe it's 10 posts, and 10 days you have to be registerd). All you need is a picture, a picture editing program, and crop it down to at least 75x75. Then, go to Control Panel, EDIT OPTIONS, then find "change avatar"...and find it on your PC..and upload.

If you don't have a photo-editing program, let me know the picture you want, and I can make it for you (I have for alot of others)..

Those characters are going to appear in the Upcoming JL series and as the Injustice Gang.

Cool! I like the Joker's new look. He looks more demented than ever. The wider shoulders make him look like he could give a halfway decent fight, too.

Let's see...I recognize Copperhead, Lex, Joker, and Cheetah. Can anyone name the other folks? I don't know my DC Comics too well.

I thought Sinestro would be in the Injustice League. Is he going to be showing up solo?

I would really like to see Joker fight some people who are unfamiliar with him, such as Green Lantern or Martian Manhunter.

Someone else might have asked this before, but: Will Lex and Joker's disagreement from World's Finest be dealt with? Sorry for asking so many questions, I'm guessing some of these it might be just a "wait and see" thing.

From left to right:


Copperhead, Shade, Star Sapphire, Lex, Joker, Cheetah, and Ultra Humanite. Solomon Grundy (voiced by Mark Hamill) will be a member of the Injustice Gang as well, although he's not pictured.

Star Sapphire the woman to the left of Luthor is replacing Sinestro as the Green Lantern villain, which is odd since she’s Carol Ferris, who was Hal Jordan's boss and lover I think and he's not in the show, she has a psychotic breakdown and develops a secondary evil personality.

The big Gorilla is Ultra Humanite a Golden Age villain, described as; "a mad genius who just sticks his brain anywhere he wants to," I think he's pretty much a brain and the Gorilla is the current vessel.

And the guy in the top hat is The Shade a flash rogue I believe, he controls darkness, which is emitted from his walking cane. Ment to be like a creepy goth villain. I really like this guy!

And missing is the infamous Solomon Grundy of superfriends fame, I could not find the new picture of him.

Ok First I really like the Line up of the Injustice gang

and they look cool

but come on they are a bit under powered.

My Injustice gange would be

Lex Luthor will be the Brains of the group he's a given.

Joker- Hey he's a given too and should crep out all of the rookies.

Muscle- every team needs muscle and with lex around that should come in the form of Bizzaro. Lex can clone one or trick the old one into comeing back.

The blaster, long range - Saphire is good but going back to Batman Supermam I think we should go with Live wire. I like her and Lorie Petty rocks.

The Scout, every team needs a guy to run recon and check out the bad guys. I say we go with the Reverse Flash or Savitar (the bad-ass Flash villian who kicked ass and was as fast as wally)

The Pugilist- This is the guy who uses martial skill and not strength to win a fight. Bring on Prometheus from the JLA series a rookie Villian with a lot to prove.

Monkey Wrencher (the Person that just messes everyone up)- is their a doubt...Circe (and I'm not saying that because I love her). Circe would be throwing all sorts of crazy spells at the bad guys and if push comes to shoove, she just turns superman into a frog.


To round out the group I would Throw in Senestro as the Support guy. He can over all the other bases that the other miss and help out if needed.

lol!! Cheetah looks like she was once a normal girl, then spliced with a kitty. She looks funky! But it's a good kinda funky. I think I agree with Xbuilder though. I was sorta expecting to see more faces, as well as more familiar faces. But it's still cool.

What I want most is for the teams to be even numbered. That way you could cut from fight to fight while having a team on team fight out in the open. I can picture it now. Of course, Bruce can take the Joker easy, so maybe the Injustice gang should have ONE extra villain..... :D

While the Joker does look cool, one thing struck me the first time I saw it: It's the BB Joker (in the black suit) drawn with the regular Joker suit. Same stance as the BB Joker design, same expression, same everything. Only difference is the suit and the hair.

Really nice design...love it. While we're waiting to see them in action, let's take a look at the players:

Lex Luthor
I'll miss the old billionaire Luthor, but I guess they have a good reason for redesigning his character (as opposed to what they did to Penguin and Killer Croc--no explaination whatsoever!).
Based on what I've read, I'm betting that, sometime after the Superman series ended, journalist Clark Kent dug up enough dirt on Luthor to have him arrested. In addition, he may have cancer from handling all that Kryptonite on the original series (the creators say that he's wearing that armor for a reason...maybe to slow the cancer's spread, kind of like how Iron Man wore his armor to keep his injured heart beating).

Joker
What was wrong with his first redesign? I guess everybody missed the normal-looking eyes and the red lips...
What about Harley Quinn?

Nice. I can't help but wonder if her current look is in any way connected to that mad scientist, Dr. Dorian, from the classic Batman episode Tyger Tyger.

What the hell? When I first heard that he was being used, I was expecting the John DeLance [Star Trek's Q]-like version that was in the recent Starman series. Guess I was wrong...

Ultra-Humanite
Same here. I was betting on the twisted James Robinson version used in The Golden Age mini-series.
Based on his look, does this mean that Gorilla Grodd is out? I mean, two gorilla villains are redundant, right?

No picture so I can't say much, but will he be the chatty Grundy from the past or the near-mindless Hulk version from today?

Overall, a nice mix. I can't wait to see them in action.
