Idea for AS show

I am not a fan of Southpark. But a have to like it, I only live about an hour from where the area of South Park is. But Smurfs Rock, I grew up on them little blue gnome-like dudes! :) :)

I'd like to see WS take on non-Hanna-Barbera shows for once, like Droopy or Looney Tunes...

...Or, since it's considered an "adult" show on the ASC schedule (in Matt's opinion anyway), maybe WS can take on Popeye. :D

Captain Planet, that would be nice. The ASC shows/specials seem to do a really good job of giving the "Sealab treatment" to old cartoons. Harvey Birdman does a pretty good job IMO of hacking old Hanna Barbera toons. The Soprano treatment of the Flinstones was priceless.

Another example is that Scooby Doo special on ASC with David Cross. I saw that not long after I saw David Cross live in downtown Detriot and I found that version of Scooby Doo to be pretty damn funny.

There are so many old (and bad) cartoons the possibilites of the "Sealab treatment" are endless. A trip to Yesterdayland (http://www.yesterdayland.com/) will bring to mind a number of cartoons just waiting to be defiled.

The Gummi Bears would be my first choice (though it's probably impossible to get the needed rights from Disney to do such a thing). "Bouncing here and there and everywhere...."

Ranting Swede-"You know what I hate more than mathmatics is this whole Dragon Ball thing! You guys are people who can fly and shoot fire balls just because you know Karate?! I've been taking Marshal Arts for years and the only fire I've ever made was the one in my kitchen when I burned my dinner! And another thing that bothers me is these Dragon Balls! You've got to search the entire planet risking your neck to get them just for only one wish?!? Why can't I get 3 wishes?! I'd get a better deal with a lamp in the desert! And then you gotta not find just one! Oh no! You gotta find 7 balls! Why 7?! Why not just the one ball just for the one wish?! I mean after you make your wish they're going to scatter all over the Earth again and you have to wait a year to make another! I don't have that kind of time! I need both wealth and women at the same time! And what is with your skin color?!"
