Giga-Bowser in Super Smash Bros. Melee

I'm having trouble just getting to Giga-Bowser in SSMB Melee--am I doing it right? I played on Normal, without continuing, in under 18 minutes...and still no Giga-Bowser. Is it because I'm starting with 5 lives?

And on a side note, just how do you beat Crazy Hand in Classic Mode???

Ok, first, let me begin with...


I HATE GIGA-BOWSER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ahem, that aside using 5 stock lives won't hurt your chances, that is how I got my trophy.

Normal mode, under 18 minutes, no continues... those are the requirements.. yup.

Does anyone else play on your 'Cube on a regular basis? If so, you may want to check your trophies, he may already be there.

i got the giga bowser trophy without trying. fox is just raw like dat! big targets are combo heaven. anyway, just fight hard but smart. watch your foes fall.

Well, I finally got to him with one extra life, but still didn't beat him as Link...argh.....I hate Giga-Bowser!!!

I beat him pretty easily in Normal mode. I didn't know how to get to him, but it wasn't tough or anything.

Okay--got to him again, this time without losing any lives along the way, and I BEAT HIM!! Now, if I could only beat that Crazy Hand....

The only thing i'm missing is Falco, he's so frigg'n hard to beat. And after all that crap you go through to get to get to him.

To make it a bit easier, try using Donkey Kong and do his down B move of hitting the ground--works like a charm!
