View Full Version : a JL Toyline
So far nothing has been confirmed yet, but think of the possibilities. I really would like to see ROTJ style Joker and maybe they'll even make a new style Batplane, after all Batman needs something to be as fast as Superman ;)

No I've already seen the Toys dude. I was walking through the mall and they had the Manhunter along with Plastic Man. Unless those are really old toys.

You almost had me for a second. Those are the JLA toys Hasbro put out, which were based on the comic book. They're really just a continuation of the old Total Justice line. Still, pretty cool toys. Especially that Plastic Man.

I keep putting off buying those toys. Martian Manhunter would be really easy to customize into a Animated style figure.

I can never find toys.

The lack of toy news for this impending franchise is dreary to say the least. Rumors suggest Hasbro did get the license, and I hope they exploit it’s potential to it’s fullest, turning out a multitude of heroes, villains, playsets and vehicles to rival the Superpowers.
The show aims to cover a broad range of the vast DCU and I’m hoping the toys reflect that, not just focusing on Batman & Superman.

Now this is something I'm really anticipating. The Justice League action figures. Hopefully Hasbro (if in fact they do the line) will put some effort in to this because it could be very popular again. In 1984 the Super-Powers line was very popular. To this day many DC fans will tell you that Super-Powers was the best DC line of figures ever produced. For the first wave of JL figures, the seven JL members, Injustice Gang, and a Watchtower playset would do nicely.

The first wave should be like this...
Superman (He's the strongest member, so he shouldn't come with anything.)
Batman (With Missile Lancher)
Wonder Woman (With Lasso)
John Stewart Green Lantern (With green armor, it could be like something he came up with with his ring.)
Wally West Flash (A thing with little wheels to similate his speed)
Hawkgirl (Energy mace)
Martian Manhunter (With the same paint treatment as the Future Knight Batman of the BB line)
Lex Luthor (With snap-on armor)
Joker (With Squrting flower action)

I disagree.
Kid_flashe's dream JL Animated wave:
Superman, looking more like the animated series that from a comic book. Comes with snap-on heat vision (but nothing that would hook to holes in his head).
Batman, with batarangs, exploding gas bombs, smoke bombs, the works.
Flash. Put elbow and knee articulation on him and I will never ask for anything again.
GL, with (I will agree here) armor that looks like he could form it with his ring.
Wonder Woman, with snap-on battle armor and shield (please have that stuff in the show).
Hawkgirl, with mace and spear.
Martian Manhunter, but not the same paint treatment as BB. Maybe that could come later on, but I want a J'onn animated figure that the team can see. Although I have no idea what he would come with. He's a Manhunter. He is his own weapon.
The Joker. A Joker figure in that design would be awesome in itself, I don't care if it comes with dumb accessories.
Lex Luthor. He's gotta come sooner or later.
That'll do it for the first wave.

Think that they might include figures from Superman: TAS? There were a bunch that were prototypes but never produced. It's a long shot, but I still want a Parasite figure (and the rest of the cast!).
They'll probably stick to the show, though.
