It's said that they act the same and who would have thought that for five seconds they'd look alike.

If you have a tape of Pierrot Le Fou pause it when Spike says "Maybe this is the one i wont come back from." For a few seconds he actually looks like Andy sans hat and this is because half of Spike's hair is sticking out of the bandage

Well, their faces are pretty identical :P hair styles are much diffent but not much else is. ^^

OH! For a second there I thought you were talking about Andy French.

But yeah, I think that was kinda planned that way. Of course, the skinny face with the slightly larger nose is pretty standard in Anime.

The doppleganger thing was obvious. That was one of my favorite episodes because of that theme.

The Cowboy Bebop production staff should consider a spin-off of Bebop starring Cowboy Andy. LOL

Cowboy Andy (or should it be Samurai Andy now?) would make for a great short OVA series, but I couldn't imagine being more that 12 episodes on the very, very outside. Probably more like 6. Those would be 6 hilarious episodes though.
