"The Others" Talkback (Spoilers)

Seriously, this is the BEST movie playing in theatres right now. I've seen the others (no pun intended) that are playing as well and they're simply not as enjoyable as The Others (those being AP2, RH2, Original Sin, Osmosis, etc.)

This is a SMART horror-ish film that makes you think throughout it! In fact, I've seen it twice as it has definite rewatchability. The screenplay is airtight and it's obvious a lot of hard work was put into it. Everyone gives solid performaces too, especially Nicole Kidman, and it has an incredible atmosphere. I want to say more, but if I do I'll ruin the cool twists in it. I'll even go as far as to say it's the best film I've seen all year :)

Yeah, I heard it was good. And it did fairly well, considering it opened with limited release.

I definitely want to see it. American Pie 2, also, b/c I do like gross-out movies. Jay and Silent Bob Strikes Back when I'm back home...

And I really want to take my parents to "The Closet". I loved that movie.

"The Others" is on my list, I'll see it eventually. But for me, Jay and Silent Bob get priority...

This is one of those movies where it seems like the critics love it or hate it. Personally, I can't wait to see it. My wife is to scared to see it in the theater though, so I'm gonna have to go without her or wait for VHS.

That line that goes "Don't be silly mommy I am your daughter," just gives me chills when I hear it on the commercial.
