Isn't that cool how that guy in IA looked exactly like Terry McGinnis? What's up with that? Don't get me wrong though, it wa a great song.

Weren't there going to be more episode's of IA? I mean at the end it said "End of Book 1". What does that mean?
Oh yeah, he did kinda look like Terry, didn't he?

That means the series got canned before the producers could make all the episodes they wanted.

Really? That's too bad, I kinda liked it.

I never got a chance to see all the episodes, but I do think it is lousy they canned the show before it could really grow. It was a great effort at serious animation in prime time that I think could have done better given the chance!

That doesn't surprise me. It suffered from WB's usual poor marketing techniques.
I taped all the eps of that show. I loved it and was rather dissapointed when there were no more eps!
My mother ( she watchs all the cartoons I do! ) thought I was watching BB when she one day passed by the TV as IA was on.
I would love to see more eps because I think it could have been an awesome series. It was already cool with only Book One...
It was originally a book right? I might see if I can find it on Amazon.

I thought IA was cool, although I have to admit I've pretty much forgotten most of the storyline. It was sorta Roswell-esque wasnt it? A lot of other people seem to think it sucked though.

DG didn't like it very much. IMO the animation was great. The story was ok. But overall as far as American cartoons go it was up there with BTAS and STAS.

well...... actually maybe BB. I think BTAS and STAS are bit above IA.

I didn't like it. The series was packed with incomprehensible techno/alien cultural-babble and cliches. The plots didn't spark my interest at all, and when a full-scale alien invasion is rendered boring, something is seriously wrong. And the designs were pretty bad attempts to Americanize anime. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad... it just wasn't good either.

I'd have to agree w/ Hatter. I watched it cuz nothing else was on, and it was good enough.

i remember that show. i liked it. i thought it was pretty good. Didn't it air around the same time BB premiered?
I only remember because the sister of a friend was talking to me, and she said, "that kid on Batman Beyond looks like David Oosha." and i agreed with her.
ok...i just freaked myself out by remembering the kid's name. David Carter. i haven't seen IA since it aired two or three years ago.
there's another book to add to my list of things to look for next time i go to Barnes and Noble.

Wow, I didn't know that was a book first. Hmm. Anyway. Of course I remember Invasion America! This wonderfull line up of message boards had an Invasion America Board back before time was time.
I'm interested to how I'd react to the show now, because the plot/story/animation/everything didn't interest me so I never ever watched even one episode. Back then I was the exact same I am now. Not caring about anything else but the future of my Batman and Superman animated shows. lol. ;)
