Batman Vengence (HELP!!!)

Does anyone know where I can find an online stragety guide for the PS2 version of Batman Vengence? The game is driving me and my sister INSANE! We are currently stuck in the one part, near the very beginning, where
Batman is chasing the thug who grabbed "Mary" from her apartment
We LOVE Batman:TAS and desparately want to finish this game before I go to college next year!
