i wouldn't mind if alfred dressed up as batman in one episode.

i would also make batman more broody. no laughing, smiling, or smirking. i need to see the demeanor of batman as a person who with more push and he'll just snap and really lose it.

For a third season of TNBA, I'd want more Nightwing episodes, of course, and some storylines revolving around Dick and Bruce, and Dick and Barbara. And maybe even Dick and Tim, the whole surrogate older brother kinda thing.

Wow what a subject. Hmmm.....let's see... I totally agree with Barb on Nightwing. I would put him in a lot of eps (if not every one) and have him and Batman do a lot of duos. Bruce and Dick play off each other so well and they're my two favs, but I like Nightwing with anybody. The Riddler is a must have too, his eps in BTAS were great, but in TNBA he wasn't really there. You can't do without the Penguin and I would have him be more like he was in BTAS so he could give Batman some real trouble. Catwoman, just like Riddler/ Penguin and Joker, is a Classic, and I love her eps with the Bat. The Joker/ Harley Quinn/ Two-Face/ Poison Ivy/ Mr.Freeze/ Bane and Scarecrow are all must haves. I would LOVE it so much if they made a season 3. :D

Here's what I'd like to see:

Eps #1, 2: An adaption of Paul Dini's "TWO-TIMER" from BATMAN & ROBIN ADVENTURES, over two parts.

Ep #3: A Riddler episode.

Ep #4: Another Riddler episode.

Ep #5: A "LOST YEARS" Scarecrow story that shows what happened to make him change his look...again.

Ep #6: Robin (Tim Drake) and Two-Face meet up again. Nightwing also would appear.

Ep #7: A Penguin episode that both recounts his origin and how he switched from being a "freak" to being a "legitimate businessman".

Ep #8: An episode detailing what happened to Rupert Thorne

Ep #9: An episode detailing the beginnings of the Batman/Batgirl relationship.

Ep #10: A good Bane episode.

Ep #11: Jason Hall's BGA#51 featuring Mr. Freeze translated to screen.

Ep #12, 13: My own story, FACE-OFF, which is, bluntly put, a Joker/Two-Face feud told over two parts.

Ep #14: An episode detailing the fall-out of the Nightwing/Batgirl relationship.

Ep #15: I dunno, I'd really like to see an episode about the Powers corporate family, which also gives us a brief look at their newborn son, Derek, and all this...it'd be a cool way to tie in with BATMAN BEYOND.

Ep #16: I'd like to see Black Mask get a chance on the series. He's an interesting underworld character.

Uhhh...those are some ideas. Anyone have any more? :)

I've only got 13 episodes. Also I wrote some of these down back in the day in hopes of getting them published by DC for the Batman Adventures comic.

#1: "Bast In Glory" While Batman is out of town, Catwoman investigates the disappearance of both Robin and Batgirl who has been captured by the Joker who just happens to have a priceless Egyptian statue of the goddess Bast.

#2: "Last Man Standing" Batman is abducted and thrown in a strange labyrinth with the voice of the "Mad Hatter" taunting him. Then he runs into Nightwing who is under the belief the Batman is an evil creature.

#3: "Rhebus Me This" The Riddler returns to with a young protege who has captured commissioner Gordon and Barbara Gordon. Batman and Robin are given "Rhebus" like clues around Gotham, and soon find out the Riddler is no longer in charge.

#4: "Bane Of My Existence" Batman uncovers an illegal mob run "Ultimate Fighting" style arena. Where Bane is in charge and soon Batman is forced to participate.

#5: "Toys R' Us" A villian from Metropolis has come to Gotham with a seething vengeance against a business man visiting, but the Joker is not happy to see him.

#6: "Who, What, Where, and Why?" The Question pays a visit to Gotham as the Riddler plots another attempt to bomb Gotham for money.

#7: "Bludhaven" Batman and Robin are drawn into an investigation that leads them to Nightwing's new beating ground, Bludhaven.

#8: "Sometimes" Batman and Robin find a series of robberies of descendants of ex-mayors of Gotham. And when one witness claims they've seen a ghost, the dynamic duo are lead to the Clock King.

#9: "Hoodoo" After a battle against Posion Ivy, Robin is left with a deadly plant virus, which leads Batman to the bayou to gain the help Swamp Thing.

#10: "The Mother" A mysterious woman enters the life of Alfred. She soon becomes a surrogate mother for both Bruce and Tim, but little do they know, she is really another portrayal of a great actor.

#11: "Of Bats and Men" Batman investigates the appearance of what appears to be a vampire.

#12: "Phobias" A scientist is in talks to release a book about every phobia in existence until he runs into every fear imaginable himself. Batman investigates and uncovers a plot by none other than the Scarecrow.

#13: "Elseworlds" Batman is a criminal of the worse kind, the Joker is a hero, the Penguin is CEO of the abandoned Wayne Enterprises, and Barbara Gordon is Joker's sidekick named Harley. Is this somewhere else?

I would like to see adaptations of the fantastic Gotham Adventures: "Mightier Than The Sword" and "Masks Of Love". Also, the new Jason Hall issue would make a great episode! Like the rest of you, it would be cool to see a Knightfall type storyline and a Babs/Bruce/Dick triangle. I would also like to see Dick leaving for Bludhaven and establishing himself there(maybe because of Babs/Bruce... ;) )

another season would probably be about 13 eps I guess.

1. A Riddler story
2. Introdue the Huntress
3. Introduce the Black Canary
4. The Black Mask

5 & 6. Rupert Thorne contracts the Toyman to snuff the Bat.
7. Introduce the original Royal Flush Gang
8. Introduce Anarky
9. Bring back the Man-Bat
10. Kyodai Ken returns

11 & 12. Ra's al Ghul recruits Bane to be his successor.
13. Introduce The Hitman
14. Enter the Lady Shiva
15. a follow-up on Lock-Up
16. a DC cameo, the Green Arrow

17. a Batgirl solo story, something w/ a human touch

18. Birds of Prey, sorta: Batgirl, the Huntress, & The Black Canary break one of the Penguin's smuggling rings, resulting in the caging of Oswald Cobblepot.

i can only imagine how many stories they have on the backburner, the comics, discarded storyboards, notes upon notes, drawings, etc...

oh if only we can have continued production of the Batman. :-)

hopefully in the future, a more adult series will come out, featuring the coarse language and multiple murders we find in conitnuity. Oh the stories we'd get:

Year One
the Long Halloween
Dark Victory
A Death in the Family
The Killing Joke
Knightfall
Legacy
No Man's Land etc...

those stories are a bit of a stretch. there is no way they are ever going to be played out. the suggestions other people made were somewhat realistic. it will never happen.

Ohhh man, don't tease me! I'd love for a more adult-oriented show to come out with just ONE of these stories (well, not so much LEGACY) get made. With the WB though, I don't think we'll see any of these in anything but live-action - and hey, that's fine with me, too. :)
