Who is Mike S. Miller?

I was looking at the convention info for wizard world 2001, and saw that Mike S. Miller will be attending. Is that the same guy who has worked on Superman Adventures and did that guest issue on JLA?

Mark Millar wrote about 20 issues of Superman Adventures. He's a different person than Miller, who's done work on Adventures of Superman and JLA.
