Am I the only one who noticed the Brendon's sister Josie is black? Who's the father?

Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. Paula sticks Josie out in the sun, unattended, for a few hours each day. Right. Gotcha.

Or maybe she was born with a perpetual tan. LOL Newborn babies often have darker looking skin because their skin is thin and translucent so their blood vessels show through. That usually clears up after a few months and the baby starts to look more like its parents. Josie may be old enough to have lightened a bit (pending the identity of her father), but remember, sometimes cartoons are ageless.

Except that a cartoon isn't likely to take that sort of thing into account. A cartoon is going to give a baby the skin color of its parent(s).
And Josie is obviously not a newborn. Josie can sit up which means she's no younger than 6 months old.
And white babies are sometimes born with REDDER skin, but not browner skin like Josie's.
And Josie has black, kinky hair, like a black person has.

Does the choice on a cartoon character's skin, have to be logical?
I mean when you color thing, you can color them whatever the hell you want to. Maybe they decided that, that color of skin looks the best, who knows. :D

Just like Doug! Skeeter was green. His mom was Orange. Man, that cartoon was insain. It was like I was sniffing glue every time I watched it. Well actually I was sniffing glue, but thats a story for a differant time.
