Thank you for keeping this going. I have been a fan of toons for more than 48 years. Saw many of them in the theaters when they were showing them. I just recently learned to send out emails to you..Toons are great. I have many stories to tell, met Chuck Jones once, and Fritz too, an interesting experience..Hope to talk to you, especially Brian Cruz, who ran a board on the Animaniacs, a great board, its history, and playdates and info and such. Hey oldtoonguy! Welcome to the board!

Age means nothing here! I'm going on 36 and love cartoons, always have and I'm not ashamed to admit it. Who knows? Maybe we can teach these "young" folk a thing or two, and vice versa!:p

I assume they know who Tex Avery is, or do they? I am not ashamed of loving toons, I have, I will, and always will. Saw Fianl Fantasy, great graphics, downbeat story, but still a very good movie HOpe you are well...Stuart

Jack:D thank you for responding to my post..The story about Fritz is a fairly long and involved one. I post it tomorrow, or next day. I have limited time on the library computer, so it takes some work.....1979 at the Chicago Film Festival, or was it l980..more to come later to everyone.. Thanks and good luck...Stuart
