Recently, I discovered possibly one of the funnier shows on TV nowadays..."The Daily Show" on Comedy Central. Just wondering if I was the only one out there who likes it.....?

I've actually been thinking about starting a topic like this. I love the Daily Show. The way they make fun of current news event always get me laughing and the stories the correspondents get are hilarious.

I used to watch it, but it is not as funny as it used to be. Jon Stewart just doesn't make me laugh.

Great show - definatly better than the Craig Kilborn days, I think. The segments are hilarious and he delivers his jokes with great timing and deadpan execution.

I love when the media is mocked. The special segments are hilarious. Stewart is simply superb.

What are you, kidding? This show kicks ass! It's the best show on Comedy Central. It's also the only one that doesn't lose its touch, whereas 99.9% of everything else on the channel is great at one point but loses its quality (South Park; BattleBots), is cancelled quickly (TV Funhouse... WHYYYYYYYY? :(), or just plain sucks when it first starts out (Crank Yankers; Win Ben Stein's Money).

I watch this show almost every night and I don't think it'll ever loose its touch. I like avarybody on this show, sometimes the newbies aren't so funny but after awhile they get funnier. I love "Back in Black" the best, I think Lewis Black is one of the funniest people on this showthen Steve Carell and Jon Stewart in that order.

I thought it was going to stay on Comedy Central and have another close called 'The Daily Show: Global News' on CNN. It doesn't matter either eay for me, as The Comedy Network (the Canadian comedy channel) is keeping it right where it is, thankfully.

[indent]The current airings of the series aren't going anywhere. The Daily Show will also now (or soon at least) be on CNN International, but it will be repackaged in a weekly "best of the week" format. The intended audience are international viewers outside of the U.S. and Canada.
