I'm just curious as to what the name of the song that plays over some of Bugs' cartoons is. Some of these cartoons include Rabbit's Kin,Herr Meets Herr, and Oily Hare.

You mean the song that plays over the opening titles? That's "What's Up, Doc?"

Bugs and Elmer also sing it in "What's Up, Doc?" (the cartoon).
