Anyone a current or retired member of the Armed Forces?

Hey, I was just curious if any of the TZers are or were ever in the US Military (Army, Navy, Airforce, Marines, and I guess Coast Guard).

I'm going to take my ASVAB Thursday and have my physical Friday. I'll be enlisting in the Army National Guard, with the chance to transfer to active army if I enjoy it. Hopefully I'll score high enough for an intelligence job.

I'm not yet, but I'll be joining the Coast Guard Reserves soon.

I'm not in the military myself, but I know a die-hard Bat-fan from Utah that is currently stationed at Pearl Harbor, which I think is cool. She's not a Toonzone member, but hey, she'd fit right in here if she weren't so busy fighting crime MP-style and whatnot.
