Well considering the headway everyone has made away from this thread, I think the Giant Robot thread may be on hold... ;)

This is a guy thing,.....a moment of dread, and humor, I laughed so hard that I couldn't stop...There is this scene, in which the hero, gets his zipper caught in one of his private parts, and he is stuck in the washroom....He yanks at the zipper in a whole bunch of ways, I am laughing just thinking about it, and his prom date is waiting for him to come out of the mens room...He won't come out of the mens room, so they call the fire department, and they haul him away in an ambulence, he still has his zipper caught in this part....I saw this in a small theater, about 20 people were there, and 3 or 4 of us were doubled over with laughter..They others didn't get it...As I said, it is a guy thing, also you need a little bit of weird sence of humer, which, I possess. On a similar vein, Kingpin, when loser Munsen is sitting at the bar depressed and he turns to the guy on the next stool and blares "Who you calling a psycho!?" - that has me in stitches - how many other heroes of a movie who hit that level of losership?

And Bill Murray when McKracken and Munsen are in McKracken's car while being attacked on the outside by some angry gamblers they've cheated. The way Murray/McKracken opens the door with resignation. "Sometimes a bowler must face the music," he declares, and as Munsen gets out, he slams his door shut.
".... and today that bowler is you."
- and with that McKracken slams the gas and drives off leaving Munsen to have his hand crushed. That has me in tears. Bill is a master git. Can the man do no wrong?

Well, it's tough to make a list of funny movie moments, because good comedies are funny throughout. It's not like with sad or uplifting, which, typically, are just brief moments and easier to list...

Funny movie moments? I can give you funny movie moments.

I have this scene memorized by heart. It's from The Emperor's New Groove. The scene is that the dumb accomplice, Cronk, is supposed to kill the Emperor by throwing him down this river thing that leads a very large waterfall. But, as he does so, he has a sudden change of heart. (I love this scene.)

Voice: You're not just going to let him die like that, are you?
(A tiny little angel pops up on Cronk's shoulder.)
Cronk: My shoulder angel!
Second Voice: Don't listen to that guy!
(A tiny devil pops up on Cronk's other shoulder.)
Devil: He's trying to lead you down the path of righteousness. I'm gonna lead you down that path that ROCKS.
Angel: Oh, come off it!
Devil: YOU come off it!
Angel: You.
Devil: You.
Angel: You.
Devil: You infinity.
Angel: ARGH!
Devil: Listen up, big guy, I've got three reasons why you should just walk away. Number one: Look at that guy! He's got that sissy stringy music thing.
Angel: We've been through this. It's a HARP, and you know it.
Devil: Oh, right. That's a harp...and that's a dress.
Angel: Robe!
Devil: Reason number two: Look what I can do! Ha ha, HA!
(The devil leaps to the ledge of the bridge, does a handstand, and starts doing push ups one handed.)
Cronk: What...does that have to do with any--
Angel: No, no...he's got a point.

:D I LOVE that part! It's my favorite scene of the whole movie. Of course, there are others that I've managed to memorize, because I love funny moments.

Eisma: Is everything set up for tonight?
Cronk: Yeah, I thought we'd start out with soup and a light salad, and see how we feel after that.
Eisma: Not the DINNER! ...The, you know...
Cronk: Oh right, the poison, the poison for Cusco, the poison chosen specially to kill Cusco, Cusco's poison. ...That poison?
Eisma: Yes, that poison!
Cronk: Got ya covered.
Eisma: Good. A few drops in his drink, and I'll propose a toast, and he'll be dead before dessert.
Cronk: Which is a real shame, because it's gonna be a delicious.

Then, there's The Birdcage, with Robin Williams.

Albert: I used to be young, pretty, naive. Now look at me. I'm short, fat, middle aged, and ugly. (I can't quite remember anymore.)
Armand: ...I made you short?

Unfortunately, this one I can't really remember entirely, so I'm just going to go on my best guess.

Armand: You'd better take that wig off before I tell Albert you were wearing them.
Agador: You'd better not, or I'll tell Albert you're seeing another man.
Armand: Two words: Green card.
Agador: You shouldn't talk to me like that, you know. My father was the shaman of his tribe, and my mother was a high priestess.
Armand: Then why did they move to New Jersey?
Agador: I don't know, they're so stupid!

...Yeah, I should probably shut up now. :)

Hmmm... this is an interesting and yet tough one.

One scene that sprung to mind right away is in Batman Forever when The Riddler and Two-Face are in the casino (and I really like what SK did soo...)

Riddler: "Hey Two-Face, show me how to punch a guy!"
Two-Face: "It's darn simple my boy—just ball up the fist, reach way back and assert yourself." *punches out guard*
Riddler: "Oooh that looks like fun! Let me try! Let my try!"
Two-Face: "Just ball up the fist."
Riddler: "Ball up the fist!"
Two-Face: "Reach way back and assert yourself."
Riddler: "Yaaaah!" *punches another guard, who stands, umoving* "Owwwww!"

That may not be exact, but it is pretty close. Whenever I watch the movie I have to rewind that part a few times.

Another great moment is every time Bill Murrary re-lives the same day in Groundhog Day. I especially like it when he 'robs' the armored car, but really the whole movie is great.

Mustafa and the scenes where he is only "very badly burned" or "very badly injured" in the two Austin Powers films.

I am also a big fan of the "witty comment" and have one from Attack of the Clones
The arena scene:
Anakin: "We came to rescue you."
Obi-Wan: *Looks up at chains* "Good job."
:p

I might come up with some more funny moments, but it's just too late to do a great deal of thinking right now.

Ghostbusters II:

Prosecution: So, Dr. Venkman, please explain to the court why it is you and your co-defendants took it upon yourselves to dig a big hole in the middle of the street of First Avenue?

VENKMAN (Innocently) : First Avenue has so many holes already we didn't think anyone would notice.

Dumb and Dumber:

after just charging their meal to SeaBass' tab.

Harry: Loyd that was genious, sheer genious, where did you come up with a stunt like that?!

Loyd: Saw it in a movie once.

Harry: And so the guy just got away scott-free?

Loyd: No,no,no, see in the movie, about half a mile down the road, the other guys catch him and slit his throat! hahaha!

::Harry speeds up::

"Must go faster! Must go faster! Must go faster!"

Then when it shows the side mirror and it's got the T-Rex trying to bite them and you see the "Objects in mirrior are closer than they appear to be" text. :D

I like this film. I like the way Spock's only goal is to infuriate people. As if his goal is to rub people up the wrong way. Here's some of the Vulcan's dialogue...

BONES
Hi... Busy?

SPOCK
Uhura is busy. I am monitoring.

BONES
Umm. Well, just wanted to say --
nice to have your katra back in your
head, not mine.
(He smiles; Spock
stares)
I mean, I may have carried your
soul, but I sure couldn't fill your
shoes.

SPOCK
... My shoes...

BONES
Forget it...
(a new tack)
How 'bout covering a little
philosophical ground? Life, Death,
Life... Things of that nature?

SPOCK
I did not have time on Vulcan to
review the Philosophical disciplines.

BONES
Spock, it's me, Bones! I mean our
experience was unique. You really
have gone where no man has gone
before. Can't you tell me what it
felt like?

SPOCK
It would be impossible to discuss
the subject without a common frame
of reference.

BONES
You're joking...!

SPOCK
A joke is a story with a humorous
climax.

BONES
You mean I have to die to discuss
your insights on death?

SPOCK
(re earpiece)
Pardon me, Doctor, I am hearing many
calls of distress.

BONES
I don't doubt it....

well SJJ, how about Star trek V:

spock "obviously captain you don't understand the
gravity of the situation........"

Kirk "trust me spock, gravity is definitely one of the major conserns on my mind.........."

**(i think i got Kirks responce wrong, somebody help me out here.)**
and of course theres the scene were Scotty breaks Kirk,Spock,& Mc Coy out of the brigg, Scotty gives them directions to the observation deck, Kirk call him a genius and he replys; "i know this ship like the back of my hand." no looking where he's going walks right into a low lying beam and knocks himself out cold.

I have a lot of movies in mind when it comes to hilarious movies and their most hilarious moments, but I'd just like to bring up something I realized from Men In Black 1:

This happened after Edgar gets his delicious insides eaten (lol, sorry...) and goes back into the house.

The Bug wearing an "Edgar suit" walks into the house and, of course, asks for sugar water, and Shavon Fallon (sp) of SNL puts it in water as he later asks. But he keeps saying, "more" so she eventually has to put the whole sugar bowl thingy in the glass of water. He drinks it, it's yummy, and we're all happy.

The next day J and K do the question thing and are invited in with a glass of lemonade. While the wife is explaining what happens J drinks his lemonade but then squishes his face and spits it back into his glass.

Put it together yet? It took me 5 years! He spit it out cuz she had to make the lemonade with NO sugar!! *giggles*

At first I only thought of it as a regular 'oh her lemonade sucks' joke, which you could, but for some reason recently that other thing just clicked in my head.

Boy was I proud of myself..... :p

Oh, and I also like how when J asks when he can get his memory eraser thingy and K says when he grows up, J shrugs off the comment and scratches his forehead......with his middle finger. That didn't take me as long to catch as the other thingy though.

I like the simple Lift conversation as they return from shoreleave.

Kirk: I could use a shower.
<Spock turns his head and studies Kirk. There is silence.>
Spock: Yes.
