Dick Grayson (in disguise as a 'bad-boy', about Bruce Wayne): "What a skin-flint! If I didn't swipe dimes from the butler I wouldn't even have cigarette money."

HA!HA!HA!HA!HA!HA!HA!HA!HA!HA!HA!HA!HA!HA!HA!HA!HA!HA!HA!

I was already laughing at Robin's hilarious attempt to act like a hell's angel, but this remark had me rolling on the floor. Makes him sound like petulant ten year old, not a street tough. What's next? Robin turning tricks on a street corner for candy?

I guess this is proof that Robin's relationship with Batman does revolve around cash. Question is, cash for what? You never see Robin mowing the Bat-lawn, so just how does he earn that allowance? I don't think he's getting paid enough.

Where does this quote come from? Now, I must depart. Time to meditate and envision the Bat-lawn. :D

The 60's Batman tv series. One of Robin's more amusing quotes. You know he's got over 400 "holy'isms"? There was one page that listed every single one, but I've someone managed to lose the page address.

My favorite Robin quote wasn't uttered by him, but about him. It took place in the 1940's or early 50's comics when Two-Face appropriately dubbed him- The Boy Hostage. To me, that's what Robin's character is often best at, forcing Batman to save his bacon. "Holy annoying sidekick!"
