Yesterday, one of the papers I read --- the one for which Hatter writes --- ran a Knight-Ridder article re. the immediate future of Brainatra's favorite superhero. It'll start with Iron Heights, introducing Flash's version of Arkham. Villains old & new will subsequently return to take on Flash. Grodd is named specifically as a returnee; others --- Mirror Master, the Top, Weather Wizard & Captain Cold --- are mentioned but it's not said whether they'll be back. It's the work of the new head writer, Geoff Johns. He'd broken into comics with Stars & S.T.R.I.P.E., particularly Courtney Whitemore, the new Star Spangled Kid. Whitmore is back btw, along with the old JSA. And Hawkman returns too, with the help of David Goyer. That new series will start in November; James Robinson of Starman fame will also lend a hand on that effort. Johns will need the help, 'cause he's also working for the competition, writing some Morlocks stories. Guys & gals, feel free to take this in any direction you desire. I'll just sit back & watch as I don't know that much about it; what you've just seen comes straight from the paper.

Already knew about that "Iron Heights" story thing....though I haven't read "Flash" at all lately (got tired of the 12-part storylines it seemed to keep having constantly...)....
