Does anybody remember seeing this series? I remember seeing a couple of episodes on UPN. Why did series like G.I. JOE and Ghostbusters in 90s have extreme in their name?

Because putting Extreme in the title fools kids into thinking the show is new, exciting, and good. Or at least that's what I think.

I saw 1 episode of it when it joined Alliance's syndicated "Power Block" back in 96. Nothing good I remember, and I didn't tune back in. So that probably means it wasn't that good. Only thing I DO remember though are lots and lots of SHADOWS.

Does anyone know if G.I. Joe Extreme or the DIC G.I. Joe are ever on TV? I've never seen either, and although I've heard they're awful, curiousity does get the better of me.
