Help! I'm trying to get any information on a WB/LT cartoon I've seen occassionally over the years.
In it, a rich dog (maybe cat) living a pampered life in a mansion finally drives his butler nuts. The butler leaves, and the character is forced to fend for itself for the first time.
My only clear memory of the cartoon is of the dog frantically serarching the mansion for the departed butler, calling his name: "Meadows? Meadows??? MMMMEADOWS????" It's Mel's voice, one very similar to Marvin the Martian.
Can anyone help me? I'd appreciate title, synopsis, and especially if it appears in any video collections.
Thanks!

that is The Aristo-Cat, on TGAOLT 1 (on both VHS and laser).

The mistress of the house leaves, instructing her butler to 'take good care' of the rotten cat. The butler quits, and the cats reads a book and learns he is supposed to eat mice (without knowing what one looks like). Enter Hubie & Bertie...

It may also appear on various public domain video tapes at your local video store.

Here's some more information:
Thad Komorowski's Hubie and Bertie Tribute Page (http://www.geocities.com/looneytunes_merriemelodies/hubiebertie.html)
and another, but with incorrect voice information on the first few cartoons:
