Buffy season 1 DVD problem (I think)

I have had the Buffy Season 1 DVD since whenever it came out, and have always had a problem with the photo gallery. It won't work, like by the directions it says on the menu.

anyone else have a problem with this?

by the way, the one on my second season DVD works just fine
