Simpsons DVD's

I remember reading a while back that they were gonna start releasing Simpson's seasons to DVD's. Around 2 seasons a year with season 1 coming out this year I think.

I was wondering does anybody know when exactly they're going to start releasing it? Or have they started already and have I amazingly missed it? Thanks.
