Username Picture

I asked this question several times here but nobody has answered me: How do you get that picture under your user name on the side of the MB screen like most of the posters here have?

It's called the Avatar. Go up to the menu at the top of the board and hit "control panel". Once in there, there will be a similar menu that has the words "edit options" on it. click this and go to the bottom of the page that comes up, and follow the instructions about the "avatar".

When it tells me "Here's the list of currently available avatars", there is no list.

First, get a pic (I used a jpg) on your machine which is 75x75 pixels (max).

Then find the 'change avatar' button and click it

if you can upload the pic someplace (like your ISP site) you can do that, and then enter its address - or - if you can't (or don't feel like doing so), try the 'upload from your computer' option
