I was just browsing through www.snopes.com and was reading some of the "rumors" that silly low-lives have made up over the years. Some are pretty funny. Others, are kinda scarey. Some are just plain stupid. Here's some of the silliest things I've read on the site:

1: In "Who Framed Roger Rabbit", Donald calls Daffy a "Doggone f****** n*****." Donald is REALLY calling Daffy (at least this is what I think he's saying), "Doggone little idiot."

2. Walt Disney's body is frozen in storage. Ewww....

3. If you play one of the Beatles' songs backwards you hear "Paul is a dead man, miss him, miss him."
NOTE: I remember this rumor being mocked in several episodes of MST3K.

4. Phil Colin's wrote the song "In the Air Tonight" after witnessing someone drown one of his friends.

5. In the Ohio Players' song "Love Rollar Coaster" in the backround you hear a woman screaming and getting murdered by someone.

6. Kids become traumatized when seeing a Disney caracter at Disneyland with the head removed. Sure it's disturbing thought, but....

7. A woman got harassed by a Disneyland employee in a pig costume.

8. A woman high on LSD cooks a baby in the oven, she mistook it for a turkey. Oooh...

9. Babies that are born on an in-flight airplane gets free flight tickets for the rest of its life (this is the funniest UL, I've read on the site).

10. A zookeeper dies when an elephant drops a load on him (okay, this is the second funniest. And you can tell by the photo that it's fake!)

Anyway, try browsing through this website and tell me your thoughts on some of the Urban Legends.

Wasn't there another one similar to that, where somebody thought that in one Donald Duck cartoon, he said "F--- you!"?

My favorite urban legends are the ones about Disney movies. Like the video cover of THE LITTLE MERMAID (though I've seen a picture of what they were talking about on the video cover, and that urban legend may be right), the preist getting "aroused" in the same movie, the cloud of dust spelling out a certain word in THE LION KING...

And wasn't there one about a phallus in the background of a baseball card? Does anyone remember that one?

I'm not sure if it was on a baseball card, but I read at Snopes about something like that on a Star Wars card:

Actually, I think this one might be true. At the end of the song "I'm So Tired", John mumbles something, and if it's played backwards it sounds like "Paul is dead, man, MISS HIM, MISS HIM, MISS HIM!". Then again, it could be a coincidence, because forwards it sounds like "Monsieur, Monsieur, may I have another one?"
