September in the Rain is still way too short for a cartoon. That edited version has its third recent airing. Once was nice, but three is too much.

This is one of the many Beck/Friedwald book mistakes. They say Odor of the Day has Pepe LePew, but it really doesn't. It has a one-shot skunk.

One Froggy Evening is extremely overplayed, because it contains ******** J. Frog. On the other hand, I would like them to air Another Froggy Evening

I can assume Bone Sweet Bone is still a dubbed blue ribbon.:(

Jumpin' Jupiter is the last of three Porky/Sylvester pairings.

The uncut version of "September in the Rain" isn't that long any way. It's less than 6 minutes! If you've seen the musical scene with the Fats Wallar and Louie Armstrong cats in "Tin Pan Alley Cats", you've seen one of the censored scenes in "September". In fact, most of that scene is reused animation, and has the complete sound and audio track from the earlier short!

You got that right. That cartoon should be aired on a special Toon Heads regarding Afr.-Am. characters from the 1930's! Why show the cartoon when half of it is edited anyway?
