Did anyone else pick up the Twisted ToyFare Theater Vol. II that came out last week? In it, there's an Episode I parody where Spidey sits in on the Intergalactic Senate, which originally appeared in ToyFare #26. Well, I have ToyFare #26, and in the original version, Superman mistakes one of the senators for General Zod and attacks him. For some reason, in the collected edition, Superman has been replaced with Iron Man, and his speech altered to Iron Man's usual drunken stupor.

Does anyone know why this change was made? Did DC ban ToyFare from using it's characters? ToyFare Theater (or Mego Theater as it used to be called), used to use both DC and Marvel characters, up until about issue 30 or so, when it began using only Marvel characters. Anyone know what the deal is?

I went back to check through my Toy Fare Collection..and your completely right ! They did stop using DC Characters ! I dunno why, I say you write Pat and send it in to Toy fare this is the kind of question that'd actually make print.

I never even noticed they changed the name to Toy Fare Theater.
