I didn't read the article just skimmed it. Is this cover to the JL story or Aquaman's series?

Looks like the cover is to JLA but I have to admit that Ed McG would be perfect on an Aquaman book - he draws the king as he's intended to be seen. Maybe DC should look into the possibility of Jeff Matsuda doing an Aquaman book - I'm sure he would be perfect as well (need convincing - check out his brief 6-issue stint on Wolverine around #140 - it was the best Wolverine I've seen in roughly the past five to six years).

Eh. It looks great and all. I guess I was just hoping for the older Aquaman, without the beard. Never really liked the new one.

I like the choice of artist, though. He does a really good job with him.
