I'm taking a summer school class (history). My teacher assigned me a Charles Atlas biography. He wants five exircises from the areas I've listed at the bottom. Unfortunetly I can only find one exercise anywhere. It's free at the Charles Atas web-site. The exircise is on chest musscles. If anyone can help me find what I need I'd appreciate it. I think the reason he assigned this is because he wants to get in shape and not pay for the Dynamic-Tension methods.

Broader Chest
Ironhard Stomach Muscles
Tireless Legs
Slimmer Waist and Legs
More Weight in the right places

Ah, excercising, eh? I'm a fitness freak, so I'll help ya out. I'm 130 punds of pure muscle. >=D

BROADER CHEST: Chest press with dumb/barbells.
IRONHARD STOMACH MUSCLES: Sit-ups. They help, it's just they don't LOOK like they have results-you tend to get stronger abs, not a flatter belly. But you get stronger abs, which is what your teach wants.
TIRELESS LEGS: Run. Period. Barring that, get a dumbell and do squats. It's important to have a strong foundtation.
SLIMMER WAIST AND LEGS: Just....keep sweating off to the oldies. You can't purposly lose weight in areas-just maintain a good diet and exercise and you slim down.
MOREW WEIGHT IN THE RIGHT PLACES: He can figure this out on his own. What right places does he need? =P
