Can anyone access Fanfiction.Net?

I can't seem to get Fanfiction.Net (http://www.fanfiction.net) up. Is the server down or is it just me? can anyone else access it.

Nyet, man. Some of the writings are accessible, but only if you click them multiple times and wait about a half hour. Not worth it. I'd recommend writing an e-mail to the webmasters.

I can access, but usually when I click on something, it has a "this page cannot be displayed" message. After I refresh {and it takes a long time to refresh}, the page comes up. But this happens to every single link.

They just posted a message saying one of their servers crashed and they can't accept any new stories until the hardware is replaced on the 21st. That may have something to do with the problems.

That place is always having some kind of problem or doing some kind of maintenance. It seems like everyday they are whining about how they have to update their servers or how they are recieving too much traffic. That place really gets on my nerves...not to mention that its real slow too.

Man, can't people TRY to write decent fics(especially lemons)?!?! Granted, there are few, but it's rare you actually find them.

Fanfiction.net can be a real pill. For some reason, one minute it works fine, the next minute it takes me a whole hour to upload a chapter for my story, or even to just look around.

And this was way before this server incident. Looks like I can't add anything until the 21st. Oh well. I needed the break.

Working fine for me, but yeah, FF net can be a pill sometimes. They get too many people on or the server will break down or who knows what else. Still, it's the best site I've found to post stories up at and read stories. Which reminds me....boy do I need to add some new stories up, and now I actually can since summer is here, woo!

There's actually quite a few good DBZ fics out there...but when compared to how many are posted...yea...there's WAY more bad ones. You just have to do some digging. Once in a blue moon, I run across some really good ones though.

I can search for stories on Fanfiction.net at the moment, but it won't let me log into my account.

Same thing happened to me, but now it's working. >sighs< Was anyone here when this happened LAST year? Well, for those who haven't, it's basically now, except it lasts for about three months straight. Go figure.

And, yes, there are a LOT of crappy fics on ff.net, but that makes finding the good ones all the more worth the while. Plus, I'd rather have to wade through dozens of crappy stories to find five decent stories than have to wade through hundreds of webpages to find ONE decent story. >shrugs< But then, I may be lazy. :)

Ugh, FanFiction.net is at it again huh. Always a problem with those guys.

-Our server is being repaired
-Our sever is being moved to a different location
-We have been recieving way too much traffic as of late
-We are now banning MSTs

I seems like every week they are complaining now. I would stop going there, but some of the greatest fanfics are posted there.

Who could ever forget "Gohan's Journey through FanFiction.net". That Fanfic was the ultimate DBZ/Fanfiction.net parody. Every sentence from that Fanfic was awesome.

Gohan: Hey Dot, what's in that room over there?
Dot: That's where the lemons are
Gohan: What's a lemon?
Dot: Trust me kid, you don't want to know...

dude, that fanfic sounds awesome! And yet again Fanfiction.net is having problems. I got a page when I just tried to go to it from yesterday stating that they are redoing something or other, maybe they'll actually keep it up and running without problems! yeah right. and that the site will be back up earliest today, well, obviously not sicne today's now over, and latest tomorrow. I'll be pleasantly surprised if it's back up tomorrow. Guess we'll find out soon.

Yeah, that site is always having problems. But they are still quite a few good stories on that site. Some people have great talent. But, yes, unfortunately you have to wade through a lot of crap to reach some gems.

Okay...it was up eariler, but I uploaded a story and then checked on it and it's (big surprose here) not there! Now I have to upload it again for the THIRD time.

Don't bother uploading/updating any stories for awhile. The site's still not working right... I wonder why they bother to say the site will be up and running in so and so days. They never come through. They're just a bunch of stinkin' liars!

In the meantime, check this site out. It's just as good...except you may not get as many reviews cause it's not as popular. It doesn't have quite as many features but..well it has some great fanart!
