I ask, because I swear that other than totally spies and Braceface... ALL their original toons get pulled.
Anyone remember Ripley's Believe it or Not?, Donkey Kong Country, The Kids from Room 402, Da'Mob... etc? Even though I'd never seen Ripley, and hated DKC, I actually liked those other 2. And much like many other animated, and live action shows, they always get pulled into nothingness.

I agree. Braceface is a cute show. I don't go out of my way to watch it, but when it's on & I can catch it, I always enjoy it. I lked the bit with the tattoo ("I'd like this--it says 'freedom.'" "Actually, it says 'grapefruit.'")
I like Totally Spies a lot, even if Clover makes my skin crawl (I'm sorry, I don't care if she's the most popular of the three with the fans, she's a selfish, lying, shallow tramp, and I can't stand her--I had enough of her type in my own backwater high school, and I HATE seeing them put on a heroic pillar in entertainment). It's silly, but with more & more action series (with a few rare exceptions) turning to uber-stylization & 90210-type characterization taken in all seriousness, silly is needed. Heck, it reminds me of my old Archie comics (with Clover as Veronica, 'cuz I hated Veronica, too).
I hope ABC Family doesn't yank their stuff. They have a bad habit of doing that once they acquire something better. As much as I like them airing the good X-Men cartoon again (especially since it's at the Phoenix Saga right now), they tend to give these shows air time at the loss of time for the originals. I don't think they're in danger in the immediate future--the new station promos feature both Braceface & Totally Spies alongside the network's other live-action originals like State of Grace--but I just don't trust 'em.

The only cartoon on ABC Family I watch is Totally Spies. Da Mob was just bad and The Kids from Room 402 was ok.

Totally Spies and Braceface are cute, but like everyone has said, I don't go out of my way to watch it. It would be sad if they were taken off the air.

I like Braceface because it has some great voice talents, animation, and it hits alot of topics no other cartoon are willing to deal with......

That could be because the entire staff of writers is comprised of women.

They should show Three Friends and Jerry again. The guy on that show reminds me of McGurk from Home Movies.

If ABC family is smart, then it will keep what it has right now, as its cartoons are the only reason people are watching their network right now.
I still don't get its plans for Spider-Man on July 6. Oh, well.
Later.

I've gotten quite into Totally Spies ever since the Best of Power Rangers premiered on ABC Family in March, and I happened to catch an episode of it. I've recorded all 25 episodes that have aired to this point. There's only one remaining new episode left this season, and it should air this Saturday, although I haven't seen any TV listing website confirm it yet.
If you go to Marathon's website (http://www.marathon.fr) , you can click on press release links that show that the show is doing very well in France, and in a case of irony, the anime-style show has been sold to TV Tokyo to begin airing on Saturday, July 6, 2002 at 9:30am. It also has links indicating that it is doing well on ABC Family as well, although those are somewhat dated being added in April.
I'm hoping that Totally Spies can somehow manage to squeak a spot in the ABC Saturday morning lineup this fall. I believe that it gets high enough ratings on ABC Family to justify it being on broadcast network TV. The show was originally sold as a 52-episode series, and production on the 2nd season actually began before the first season premiered, so there shouldn't be any problem with episodes being available to air.

You wouldn't happen to have a list of the episodes airing next week, would you Batman 192?
