What is everyone's favorite Batman/Superman animated movie? My vote definitely goes to Mask Of The Phantasm, followed by Subzero and Return Of The Joker.

ROTJ's the best in my opinion. The Joker/Batman conflict felt so much more personal, carried so much more weight than any other animated work that's featured the two. The idea of Joker reappearing years after his death was brilliant, and the horror of his final confrontation with Bruce Wayne was unparalleled. Even though ROTJ didn't feel as movie-like as MOTP, it carried so much more "emotional resonance."

I voted for World's Finest, Hey I like crossovers. But I also like the others.

Can World's Finest and Last Son of Krypton actually be considered movies, tho? They are just episode collections on tape. I loved World's Finest, tho. The "movie" aired in prime time, and was my introduction to the series as a whole. I just loved it all.

Sure why not? When they made it, they probably considered it as a movie. Anwyay, my vote goes to MOTP. Man that movie rocked.

Batman Beyond the Movie is the pilot/Rebirth two-parter, so BB the Movie is also collected episodes.

My Vote Would have gone to MOTP if I did'nt see ROTJ for the first time a few weeks ago when I saw it (Cut Version) I was blown away since then I must have watched it 50 times so as you can guess my vote goes to ROTJ:D

I have to vote for 'Subzero' as it features my favourite Bat-villain, Mr Freeze. Sorry to be so predictable..!

In truth though, I genuinely love all the animated movies - especially MOTP and ROTJ. I watched ROTJ with my wife, who, truth be told, wasn't all that bothered to see it as she hadn't seen any other BB (nor have I, really, but that's another story...), so she settled down to read as I watched the film . Anyway, I was having a great time, totally entranced - and when it reached the really dramatic bit when Terry turns the prone Bruce over and he has the Joker Grin plastered all over his face, I heard a huge gasp of genuine surprise/shock. My wife had totally forgotten the magazine she was reading, and was as entranced as I was! When the film ended, she was just as enthusiastic about it as I was... Now THAT'S the mark of a good movie!

My vote goes to MOTP. Just because it's so Batmany (for lack of a better word). Next is ROTJ, and i don't know about the others.

Mask of the Phantasm. ROTJ is a close second, but I like the old BTAS style best because its not quite as streamlined. They were so many beautiful screenshots in MOTP that were so much more detalied than ROTJ.

For me, it's a tie between MOTP and ROTJ (Uncut, of course). Both are great movies with a fantastic story and art. Sorry, that's knid of a cop out, but hey, I can't decide....

I pick MOTP and ROTJ also. MOTP first, because Bruce is Batman for me, and Terry is second. But these two movies are my favorite animated movies of all time, so it's not like anything else comes close, except for other Batman/Superman movies of course. :)

ROTJ-Uncut gets my vote. I feel it took this movie all the Batman animated series to the next level. I mean, c'mon, the Joker dies, Bruce gets gassed and Terry matures. These things simply aren't supposed to happen or at least were unexpected.

We get to see how everyone evolved whether it was triumphant or tragic(except Dick- it's a shame his story may be lost forever).

I also really applaude this fine piece of art because it wasn't afraid to analyze itself.

Bruce will always be the best Batman, but that doesn't mean that we should be obligated to pick his movies over any featuring Terry. Regardless of the fact that Terry wore the suit, ROTJ still carried the kind of weight that any Bruce/Batman movie would. It felt like Batman. But most seem unwilling to accept that, IMO, because Terry was Batman. We should be judging the movie on its own merits as opposed to being biased against it because of Bruce no longer being Batman.
Maybe I'm completely off base, but in my opinion, if ROTJ had featured the exactly same story, but taken place about 20 years earlier when Bruce wore the new Batsuit, most would have put ROTJ above MOTP. I might be complete wrong. I hope so. But it just feels like everyone's ignoring the significance of what occurred in ROTJ because they're unwilling to accept anyone but Bruce as Batman.

LOL I will NEVER EVER consider "Batman Beyond - The Movie" as a movie. WB declared it as a movie because they wanted to make some money. People who bought it probably thought it was at least 90 minutes long.

My fav movie was MOTP followed by SubZero although subzero was little short.

Hey WB if you're reading this I have some ideas for you how about:

THE BIRTH OF BATGIRL - the movie (Shadow of the Bat p 1+2)
CLAYFACE - the movie (Feat of clay p 1 +2)
CATWOMAN - the animated movie (the cat and the claw p 1+2)
Steelheart - the movie (Hear Of Steel p1+2)
