Ugh...that sucked.

I would have to say Grandia 2 for the PS2 pissed me off. All they did was just port the DC version over, no new graphics, sound, anything, so it looks like total crap.

Blues Brothers 2000 for N64

Borg4of3

Return of the Joker for the N64. At least you could have fun flying around throwing cars in Superman - ROTJ was an hourworth of boring gameplay.

I hadn't played them myself, but has anyone played Bloodwake(XBox), Universal Studios(GCN), or Mortal Kombat(GBA)? They've seemed to gain quite a notoriety among critics

Mine would have to be Simpsons Wrestling. Damn, that game sucked....

Superman (N64), Mortal Combat (GBA), ET (2600), Night Trap(SCD)... there are quite a few, actually. I'm so negative. :D Actually, there are many horrible games for the 2600, even compared to what era those took place in. Urgh.

Oh! Does anyone remember those supposedly horrible "live action" Zelda CD games? I remember hearing about them, but sadly, I've never played them... although I've heard how insanely bad they are. Bwahaha.

Don't you mean Atari? There was no E.T. game for NES.

Anyway... I'm going to pick Where's Waldo for NES.

There's a whole bunch I can't remember, although the GBA Mortal Kombat is pretty heinous. (I didn't have an N64, so I never experienced the... joys of Superman.)

My most recent "Man, This Sucked" award goes to Warriors of Might and Magic (PS2) by 3DO. I had fond memories of the Heroes of Might & Magic series for the PC, and I thought this would be a combination of that & Gauntlet (an old-school guilty pleasure of mine). This, however, was just monotonous. And the CGI was bad--everything looked plastic!! That might work for the Army Men series, but not for this. Yuck.

To start off with a few, Mario Kart racing for SN and N64; Luigi's Manision for GC; and any Scooby Doo games.

A horrible rip-off of Tomb Raider called Deathtrap Dungeon. Eidos even bought the rights to it. And boy did it suck.

I'd have to say Batman Beyond: ROTJ for the PSX. I bought it to see how bad it was and boy, did I get more than I bargained for.

Two comments:

They must have gathered a class room full of 1st graders to do all the art and rendering. I'm sure those kids worked hard for their cookies, but, dang....

Terry's only useful move is his front kick. So, you're pretty much going through the game kicking guys in the whoosiewhatsis.

I'd recommend playing checkers instead.

What's wrong with Mario Kart?! I suppose everyone has different opinions, but is there any particular reason of your hatred towards it? I do, sadly, enjoy Luigi's Mansion, but not as a Mario game--it's, quite simply, a nice standalone title. As for Scooby Doo games, you just hate them because of the license? I could understand if their gameplay was truly bad, but I don't understand just hating the games because of the license they choose to use. I've never played the games, though, so you never know...

Sorry if this post sounds rude. Just disagreeing with your hatred choices. :p

Back to the Future 2 & 3 for NES was one of the most nonsensical, ridiculous pieces of garbage I've ever seen! There are also a couple of games that sound SO bad that I almost want to play them to see just how bad they really are, such as Superman 64 and one for PS called Stahlfeder.

I like Mario Kart too. The only other car game I've ever liked better was Twisted Metal 2.

Here are some of my picks for worst games...

-WCW Nitro (PSX) Worst....wrestling game...ever

-Harley's Humongous Adventure (SNES) I was scared of this game for weeks actually

-Tag Team Wrestling (NES) This game just plain sucked

-Tokyo Highway Battle & Chase (PSX) It only had one track and you had to battle only one person on it. This game was just wrong...

-Twisted Metal 3 & 4 (PSX) It was lacking compared to the second one

-Total Recall (NES) Ugh...

-Cybernoid (NES) It would've been okay if it had more levels, but it only had 3 levels. It was an arcader in which points was the only thing that mattered, but it still could've benefitted from more levels though.

That's all for now...

I've played Bloodwake--awesome water graphics, crappy everything else. I kid you not--I was gonna buy that game, but then I played the demo--god am I glad I didn't blow $50..

as for Uni. Studios--no idea. I hear it sucks...so does MK for GBA...

Mario Party for N64, Jetmoto for PS, and if you want to throw in crappy systems, let us not forget the Panasonic 3DO.

Mario Party for N64,

That reminds me... does anyone remember the horror that is Sonic Shuffle, for the Dreamcast? UGH! Not only does the computer cheat, but the gameplay is all around very tedious and boring. And to top it off, even the mini games aren't very enjoyable.

Hmm... agreed. However, the two stages (in the home versions, of course) are huge. You just don't have enough time to explore them.

...whoosiewhatsis... :D

I nominate Shadow Madness. A somewhat decent story (if you spend time tracking down the entire backstroy in the game), surrounded by a frustrating battle system, dull characters (the main character being a Cloud rip-off, only dressed like a pirate. "ARRR!"), craptacular graphics, and a music score that seemed ripped from half a dozen different SNES and Genesis unmemorable RPG's and remixed into horrible sounding middies. A completely forgettable experience that taunted me into finishing the game.

Blarg. I want those 35-odd hours of my life back.

I'm gonna have to say the remake of Resident Evil for the Gamecube. I tried playing it, but the controls are worse than the original's back on the PSX. Also, I just have a huge dislike for any remakes. I never see the point in them. I mean, when something becomes so great and memorable (in this case Resident Evil), why can't people just leave it alone? It'll become a classic someday, and will be a game that everyone can look back on and say "Gosh, that was a great game. I loved it so much...aah, memories."

Remakes just....really get on my nerves.

They made that remake since RE is GC exclusive now to give people with Gamecube a better introduction into the world of Resident Evil. Of course when they get direct ports of RE2, 3, and Code Veronica they're gonna be disappointed.

Yup! Making up words is fun! =D

You want the 35 hours back. I want my ten bucks back. Garg.

But the thought of Cloud dressed as a pirate amuses me so. It couldn't even get away on the humor factor, huh?

We can't just go around making up words! I we allow on person to do that we allow everyone to do that. And if everyone did that it no one could understand anyone. And it would be utter chaos. It would be a madhouse I tell you! A MADHOUSE!!! ...sorry, I just got done watching the original Planet of the Apes...
