thats weird.. all the reports i've been hearing are saying that a Spongebob movie will be out in 2004, not 2005 (including on the Nick Usenet newsgroup)

I have to get up and dance now.

YEAH BABY YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

*cough, cough*

I mean, Yay!

I've heard 2004 and 2005, but I'll go with the later date because there's a chance it coud be slipped back. So I either wait 2 or 3 years.........I don't care, I love this show. :)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Spongebob discontinued like Zim was?

Yeah, he's on hiatus but will soon start on the movie. After the movie is done, he might go back to the series.

someone who works at the Nick animation center in Burbank posted on my Nick board saying that Stephen is still there...

There are still a few people up there... Mostly just steve Hillenberg and a few others. We are all hoping that he will (and that the network will) decide to pick up more

As you may already know, it takes approximately 6-8 months for a complete episode to be ready for air... so ... If they want to start making any new ones for next year, they'd better get to it!
