It looks like a certain pair of Wonder Twins may be getting their own live action movie.
<a href="http://www.thehollywoodreporter.com">The Hollywood Reporter</a> has reported that Warner Bros. Pictures has teamed with Gaylord Films to option the rights to the Hanna-Barbera characters The Wonder Twins, and plan to make a live-action family feature based on the cartoon characters. The Wonder Twins were originally featured as part of Superfriends team on the 1977 Saturday morning cartoon series The All-New SuperFriends Hour, which saw Superman and other popular DC heroes teaming up to battle various Supervillians, such as Lex Luthor and The Joker. Within that group were two youth trainee aliens from the planet Exxor, known as the Wonder Twins who both had incredible powers. The male Zan had the power to change into any water-based form, while the female Jayna could become any animal. The twins had to touch hands and shout, "Wonder Twin powers, activate!" in order for their powers to work.
