Favorite Styled Show

Whats your favorite styled cartoons? Sci Fi? Fantasy? Comedy? Are you a fan of the warner classics? Do you like comic based shows? Are you a general anime-crazed otaku? Or do you just like the...risky stuff? ;) What kind of cartoons do you like?


For me, I realized that I tend to prefer various anime over American made shows. Though I do enjoy the classics, in the end, my favorites turn out to be the Jazzed up shows, with the slick hero, and the hot ladies. Cowboy Bebop, Lupin III, & Big-O are my 3 favorite cartoons right now. Each has a slick-styled hero(though Lupin is abit goofy), they all have their attractive(...err..uhm...busty)female characters, and each has a nice n' jazzy soundtrack. Odd how they all seem to blend like that. I guess I just like a hero in a suit? (I prefer Lupin in his red coat. But, I'd sell my soul for a Spike Speigel suit..that is a niiice suit. ;) )

I prefer cartoons with witty writing ('Rocky & Bulwinkle'), with subtle and original artwork ('Samurai Jack'), with characters I enjoy ('Powerpuff Girls', 'Pinky and the Brain'), or which are terrific animation spectacles (Pixar, any of the better Disney movies.)

For cartoons, I mostly enjoy comedy, comic-based series, and cartoons with witty/intelligent writing, thus stuff like the classic Looney Tunes/modern WBA output, the Powerpuff Girls, the Batman & Superman Animated series, "Toy Story", etc. Not much of an anime fan....

I like fantasy, comedy, and action/adventure cartoons and anime. I also like some of the classic cartoons.

Some good anime, WB cartoons, and Zoog Disney toons, like the Proud Family and the upcoming newest series, Kim Possible. :yakko: :wakko: :dot:

I'm a huge fan of action/adventure toons and believe that the Timm/Dini collaborations are at the top of the pile. I also really enjoy a lot of the cartoons that have been done in styles similair to this and the unique style that accompanies Samurai Jack.

I prefer action/adventure. The shows that have a lot of action are great. I like Cowboy Bebop the best. It has the greatest action sceens that have ever been in animation.

I also like comdey and sci fi. :)
