Rating: 4.4 of 12. There were too many oveplayed cartoons. Tom Thumb in Trouble, and Snow Man's Land are overplayed WB cartoons. Big Heel-Watha was a rare cartoon ruined by Cargoon Networm overplaying it.

I'd hardly call either of those overplayed, it seemed like years since we saw "Big Heel Watha", or "Tom In Trouble", and it's only recently we have seen either, and they aren't played often. I'd never seen "Snow Man's Land", although I have seen a LOT of cartoons with, I SWEAR, the SAME plot and characters. There's a Huck Hound one that comes to mind.Sveven, would you like these cartoons to go away again? I don't, I'm glad they're getting the one-shot rarities some airplay. And how does playing a cartoon more than once every so often make it "ruined" by "overplaying"? You wanna talk overplayed, talk "Daffy Dilly' when CN first got it, or "One Froggy Evening". THAT's overplayed.

"Big Heel Watha" in relation to other "Georeg and Junior" cartoons, is not overplayed. I think it's great that CN is putting some cartoons, like "A Horesefly Fleas," back into the rotation.
I never seem to have a good grasp on what's overplayed and what is not because I don't watch every airing of classic cartoons CN has. Sometimes I miss an Acme Hour, or Bugs and Daffy, or Looney Tunes Show. So when someone says something is overplyed, I usually check "What Aired Today?"

Hot Air Aces was a bad print. Since it was in Polacolor, it had the original Paramount titles on it.
I missed most of the Acme Hour, been busy getting everything back to normal, after coming back from Georgia.

Big Heel-Watha is NOT a George and Junior cartoon. It is actually a Screwy Squirrel cartoon. Snow Man's Land has been on four times recently, and I would call that overplayed. The other ones I mentioned also get lots of airtime. The one-shots are no longer "rarities".
Oh, yeah, sorry, it's a Screwy Squirrel cartoon, I don't know where my mind was when I said it was a George and Junior cartoon last night. Everyone makes a mistake every now and then:eek: And I really like "Big Heel-Watha too....

Since CN has been running "Big Heel-Watha", "A Horsefly Fleas", and "Two Little Indians" very often, does this mean we could be seeing more uncommon cartoons? I'd really like to see CN lighten up T&J, with maybe ONE per show, and the rest being a Droopy, or a Tex Avery, or a Barney Bear, or anything at MGM. I'd really like to see them play the T&Js in which Mammy hardly appears at all, like "Puss 'n' Toots" and "The Framed Cat".

I think Two Little Indians hasn't been airing as much as those other two.
