Smell ya later, dudes!

My life is in the middle of doing an impression of a pineapple upside down cake, and I'm going to have to spend the summer getting it to flip over just right. Since that's going to take up a huge amount of my time, I'm going to be taking a real long hiatus from Toon Zone; probably the entire summer, at least.

Because it is an open-ended hiatus, we're bringing in a new mod as a replacement. Well, not totally. All you Adult Swim people know Joe Tully already from the fine job he does over there, and all you regulars of the Cafe know him from his great posts over here. So it was the most natural thing in the world to let this great, hard-working guy take over as a mod here. And he made us very happy by agreeing to take on the extra work load.

So, everyone give him a big cheer!

(Oh, and don't worry about the Avatar Contests, guys. We'll get someone to take those over for the season. ;) )

agreeing to take on the extra work load? what, I think two boards is nothing (no offense) to the six boards Jim Harvey has to moderate.

Dude, show some respect. It may not be 6 boards, but modding an extra board is more work than you might think.

Like Failure said, show some respect. Modding one of these boards is hard enough. They take up more time then you might think.

Seriously, I hope to and intend to, but since I literally have no idea where I will be or what I will be doing, it's hard to make promises. If I'm punching data for Verizon, then probably yes. If I'm searching the caves of eastern Afghanistan for Osama's sorry ass, then probably no. :D
