Hey, it will never fit Batman ever, ever again, but you gotta admit, it's kinda catchy. We owe a lot to Adam West and that series - it deserves a lot of respect.

The theme was okay. It certainly fit the mood of the series. The truly awful song was the Batgirl song. That was terrible.

What do you think of the theme, Batsy?

Campy. that's the only word to describe the Batman 60's TV series. It was amusing, kinda cute, and fun to listen to, but it wasn't all that great really. And yes, the Batgirl theme is probably the worst. The words alone are enough to make me cringe..."whose baby are you, we just gotta know"...

I personally can't stand it. But it gets stuck in my head easily so I guess I subconsciously do like it.

I think a better question is how could you not like the 60s Batman theme? I absolutely love that thing! I agree with Tim that it will never be used again, but I watch the show everyday on TV Land and I never get tired of listening to it. :D

I have TV Land too, but I guess the Canadian feed or whatever doesn't show Batman. :( If there are other Canadian TV Land watchers out there that are seeing the show, can you please let me know?

You gotta respect the Batman theme just for the fact that it inspired the classic Beatles tune "Taxman."

Errrrr. It's not bad. It gets stuck in my head sometimes. I remember the one not to long ago when the Joker got a belt like Batman so he could beat him. They were like " Is Batman and Robin a macth for the Joker's belt or will it be they undoing?" :D

No I don't like it, but that said, it's memorable, which can be more than said for most TV themes these days - whose going to be chanting the theme to The New Adventures Of Superman (Lois And Clark your side of the pond)?

I prefer distinct theme tunes, something we somewhat lack these days...
