I only remember seeing Batman in the JL Watchtower in one episode, "Secret Origins." But what I'm wondering is how he transports between Earth and the Watchtower in the animated series.

In the comics, I believe there's a transport that can teleport him directly from the Batcave. But have they explained anything about that in JL Adventures? In the cartoon, they have that ship Batman designed but I've never seen Batman drive it. BTW, does anyone know the name of that spaceship? And I don't recall Batman having a personal ship capable of intersteller space travel. Or does Bats never go to the watchtower? Do you guys know?

Batman also was in the Watchtower for "Legends" at the end of the episode. JL: TAS hasn't explained how he transports to Watchtower, but it is a good question.

By the way, the name of the ship is Javelin 7.

What about the Batwing/Batplane (What are they calling it now?)? It's got a jet engine. If Bruce can come up with something as small as the Javelin-7 that can break orbit, surely the bat-flier ( :) ), which is bigger and has been around, and therefore tinkered with, longer could do it too.

In addition to the Javelin-7, there are other shuttlecraft, referred to in "Injustice For All" and the comic book series as "the shuttle." Batman will use "the shuttle" in I4A while the Javelin-7 is in use.

I think Batman only visits the watchtower under special circumstances - the first time the group came together (note how he just literally disappeared after saying he wasn't a joiner!) and once in "Legends" to hear Flash's explanation of where they disappeared to. Diana also took him there after exposure to the plague in "Fury". On these occasions, he probably rides as a passenger in the Javelin 7 with the others.

Otherwise, Batman is the only character we've seen thus far operating from his own base, the batcave. He was there in "Enemy Below" to report on the rising temperature at the icecaps, he was there when Diana contacted him in "Paradise Lost" and again when the group needed him in "Brave and the Bold".

I'm guessing we'll rarely see Batman chillin' in the watchtower, despite his large presence in the series.

Maybe they give Bats A lift in their ship. I don't think they explained if the Bat Jet is capable of space travel. It was in Superfriends.

Remember, Batman is "not much of a people person. But when you need me, and you will, call me."

I thought we read somewhere that after Timm and his Superfriends came up with the watch tower idea also came up with that idea to have 7 separate small transport ships that each hero could use if they wanted. Anyway, that'd work for me as an explanation. :)
