i agree with you that MM is a good character, and i really wish they would allow him to actually fight full force instead of weakening him every episode (something in the atmosphere anyone??)

however, i kinda wish he was in LESS episodes unless they start giving him some dialogue and good story work-- which i think they will in season two. until now he has had his moments, but sometimes he also is "just there" (warworld AGAIN anyone?)

yeah, GH pretty much said it. He's cool, but hasn't been really used to his potential...I liked him in "Ledgends" though, that was tight.

Finally some people are agreeing w/ me! I knew MM was a great character all along, but it was just that some people didn't want to admit it. :D

Personally, I might the voice acting very non-emotional and straight. But maybe that's appropriate for a Martian? Anyway, J'onn's powers look very interesting, and I agree that he hasn't been used very well so far. Let's hope next season goes better.

I'll admit I had my doubts when I first saw this character (his costume is the most Superfriends-like of the group, despite the fact he was never on Superfriends?) but the show has made him out to be pretty distinctive.

Am I the only one who thought his "Superman" chant in War World was hilarious? :)

But true, he's been in every episode (save for Brave and the Bold Part 1), and the pilot was basically focused on him, so for fairness' sake I wouldn't mind if he didn't appear in Metamorphisis (since he's pretty much slated to appear in the other three unaired episodes)

I kept thinking during that chant...never mind, what I have to say isn't pg-13.

I would like to see him in a spotlight episode paired with maybe GL and Supes or Hawkgirl. I also wanna see him let loose on some aliens or something. If that Lobo episode we were hoping for around here gets made, it would be cool to see him go toe-to-toe with the last czarnian.

Also, I wrote something about his villians a long time back. Don't know how to find it. It did list his villians from the comics as well as the rest of the team.

Finally! People who agree with me. When I saw the first ep of JL, I knew J'Onn is a great character, and one we could all relate to, that is if any of us has ever experianced the pain of loss. (I.E me).

And, yes the "Superman" chant really was suprising, but funny. I need him at my school pep-rallys. :D
