From the list I choose Faye Valentine from Cowboy BeBop followed by Sailor Moon.

I voted for Sakura, but I think Tohru Honda from Fruits Basket, Hawkeye from Full Metal Alchemist, and Emeraldas from the Captain Harlock mythos all deserve a lot more recgonition then they've received so far. They all rock, each of them for different reasons.

Personally, I can't stand her. I have big problems with selfish/under-handed behavior and such, and Faye, IMO, is queen in that department.
