Superman, Wonder woman and Martian Manhumter does the rest.
The Z fighter are also straight out fighters, they don't have any abilities not involving fighting.

when in doubt physically look at non-combat skils that makes the diffrence.

I don't know dude, you see the Z fighters also have no offensive tactics, such as Goku's teleportation for instance, or the one blinging attack Tien developed (this is technically a move to distract someone, not to hurt them.) Since my thread has done bite the dust and all I think this should be the official DB vs. JLA

From a JLA POV we have to look at thr fact they have some of the best fighters around on their side.

Wonderwoman
Auquaman
and Batman

And if the Z-boyos don't take down bats fast he'll take trhem down.

I'm a fan of both Dragonball Z and JLA, but I think the JLA can take out the Z-fighters. I think Superman can withstand Goku and Gohan's attacks & use the Phantom Zone Projector on Piccolo, Batman can go one on one with Krillin, Wonder Woman can go toe to toe with Android 18, Flash can take out Tien, Martian Manhunter could take out Vegeta, Aquaman could take on Yamacha, and Green Lantern could mop the floor with Trunks.

The problem here is that many people are going by dated episodes of Dragon Ball Z. In the later episodes, Krillin and Piccolo are afterthoughts. They shouldn't even be considered.

Instead, you should try comparing JLA to this Z lineup:

Super Saiyan Goku number 3 or 4, equipped with every possible counterattack to every possible maneuver. Yes, he could probably recover from mind control, dimension portal suction, and whatever cosmic attack you can think of. Basically, a God.

Super Electric Saiyan Gohan (sorry, I can't remember what it's called when he has the electric field around him)

Goten and Trunks--Tag Team combination attack who just happen to be as powerful as Goku and Vegeta are on the newer episodes CN has aired.

Vegeta--Always number two to Goku in skill, and therefore a step above everyone else, but craftier than Goku.

I'm fairly confident that Toriyama has read enough superhero comics to equip his Z fighters against every possible contingency, at least if you go by the last quarter of the DBZ episodes. Physical attacks won't work. Mind wipes won't work. Opening up another dimension and trying to send them there won't work. Turning them inside out won't work. Dropping atomic bombs won't work. Sending them to space and taking away their oxygen won't work. Trying to break down their molecules won't work. Diseases won't work. Throwing them into the sun won't work...I'll list more if necessary.
