Since we're all fans here, I'm just curious, what is your most favorite or most valuable Batman collectable? Mine is my Batman Production cell featuring Batman/Nightwing/Robin from "Animal Act."

P.S. I hope this red isn't too hard on the eyes.

I don't have any of the expensive animation cells or maquettes but I do have every BTAS and TNBA figure minus Jetpack Joker and many of the cheesy Batman repaints. Its valuable to me cause I love displaying them with my Batcaves, batmobiles, etc etc.

Mine is the 200 Anniversary Batman issue, I think its worth a good bit. I also have a lot of the action figures.

Take a look, and take your pick! I take pride in my collection, and the pictures on this page don't even capture it all. I have a couple of pages of original comic book art, and lots of sketches by pros as well.

I've got a lot of stuff I love. I've got 2 limited edition animation cels from BTAS, and 3 production cels (1 of Ra's, 1 of Bats being attacked by Harley's "babies", and 1 of Killer Croc leaping out of the water at Bats). In addition, I've got a couple of nice sketches from Ric Burchett, and Ty Templeton that are up there on my list of favorites. Plus I've got a sketch from Dini, and a couple from Tim Sale. Maybe next week sometime I'll try and take photos of them with my digital camera to show you all.

I don't usually collect stuff like that. I don't have the extra cash to spend around, and I'm not a big toy/cards/statues person, but I got a beautiful 15 inch Superman statue, as he appeare din the 1940s cartoons which is real nice. Other than that, I consider my comics to be my collection.

That's an awesome collection!
My "collection" is my TNBA figures and the new batmobile plus my Batman figure that always stands on the top of my monitor! What I consider my real collection is my 20 tapes with BTAS tnba and BB!

Personally I don't buy action figures/toys, since I often find them lacking a bit, and statues are way too expensive... I just can't help thinking there are more important things to spend money on! I do have a BB statuette that's really imposing.
Otherwise I have many many drawings from French artists... and some from Americans as well... including this huge Etrigan piece Mike Manley did for me.

i don't really have the cash to collect things on a regular basis :(
anybody want to donate anything to the "Help Inque Be A Collector Fund"?
Action figures rule!:D
I basicly have all Batman items that appeared in the Batman movies (including the Batmissile) But I don't have anything from Batman and Robin, simply because the movie sucked.
Currently I'm collecting BTAS figures. I only want the stuff that appeared in the show (no orange Batman ect) and ebay is the perfect place to get it. I recently won a MIB Batwing and Jokermobile for just $30. It was in the wrong category and noone else saw it. Normally they sell around $70. Lucky me! :p
I'm still looking for some MOC villians but then I got all I want.
Speaking of eBay: Sniping rules! And if you don't snipe you will only push the bids, attract others but you'll loose.:p

"Speaking of eBay: Sniping rules! And if you don't snipe you will only push the bids, attract others but you'll loose"
What's sniping? I'm unfamiliar with that term. BTW, awesome win on the Batwing. Dang, I wsh I had that one! However, I do have all the "92 villains, it took me a while but I eventually got them for under $8 each. With eBay, you have to be at the right place at the right time. I'm still searching for the 92 vehicles. I have the new one that came out... something about a "Knight Striker" Batmobile. It's the newer look which I like a lot.
-Beyond Batman
Sniping= (out)bidding in the VERY LAST minute (or even seconds) I experienced that it's the smartest way to get something on eBay. If you bid earlier others might be attracted and also bid (and the item will automatically get more expensive)
Other bidders always get mad at me because I outbid them in the last few seconds and they didn't expect that to happen (sometimes I even get hatemails *lol*) Anyway I think sniping is fun :D

Do I have any rare stuff? No, Not at all. I do have over 120 Action figures (from all lines), and I do have alot of books. I would say one of my fave figures is "Power Cape Batman", the only batman beyond figure that looks like the suit. I also really like Blight... my top fave 5 actionfigures and sets are:
1) Power Cape Batman
2) Blight
3) Dectective Batman
4) Harley Quinn
5) The Dark Knight Hero Collection (Target exclusive, comes w/ all of the correct colored [aside from Batman, he was gold] outfits from the TNBA series. included: Batgirl, Batman, Nightwing, and Robin)
And my fave book is definitly, hands down, Batman:Animated. I have the softcover edition, and got it brand-new for $4! :D

Unfortunately I don't have any cool animation cells or statues (really wish I did), but the most prized collection I do have is simply having every episode of BTAS/TNBA/BB on tape (minus Unmasked of course).

I don't have very much, but I dig what I've got. I've already mentioned the two animation cels I have: one a lineup of the Gotham rogues, the other a very cool portrait of Batman and Clayface fighting. I've also got a very neat ceramic statuette of Harley that I adore... a past girlfriend with impeccable taste surprised me with that one (didn't even know it existed till she gave it to me).

For those who own Bud 'n Lou from the 12" Harley doll-- are they in scale with the 5" figures? Thanks!

Hey, I think they may be customs...(since I think Domino is dead..I hope he doesn't mind me answering this). If they aren't customs, then they are more than likely the Hyena's from the Lion King figure line. They fit. But, that's just my oppinion..

I'm not dead! Someone had already answered the question of where they came from, and that was from the 12" line's Harley figure (I picked another one up at the Motor City Comicon for $10, by the way. There are bargains to be found!) and they're a little too large for the 5" line. They're also a little small for the 12" line.

i'd have to include a couple. topping my list is the batman beyond statue i got for christmas, which is really awesome. i've got a ton of figures, but my favorites would have to be the original Batman from B:TAS, Poison Ivy, Harley, and my custom Batgirl and Robin figures i did...

I once chatted with some dude who said that you were only a real Batfan if you collected all the comics and had loads of merchandise. Yeah right!

of my 120+ Batman figures, 75% of them are Batman...in his various colored outfits. Ever since seeing that comic book cover from an old comic that showed batman w/ a crap load of different colored outfits, I'm like "Hey...batman likes colors..so, so do I!" but I grew out of that stage, and now I only want regular costumes.. is that too much to ask for hasbro? I guess it is, you PUTZS!!

Out of the maquettes, the 98 Batman version is the only one I'm missing. =( I beleive it's one of eBay's most sought after Batman items. When I bought the 2001 Batman Maquette, I remember pre-ordering that even before it previewed. Did you do the same for the 98 Batman Maquette? Or did you buy it on the aftermarket?
