Need Avatar Help!!!

I am having avatar trouble again. Unfortunately, I don't have a scanner or my own computer for that matter. The only way I can get an avatar is to borrow one from the web. I edit them with Microsoft Photo Editor and this usually works fine. However, lately my avatars become distorted when I try to resize them. I am wanting this image from Rabbit Hood (the picture seems to fit my moniker of Cartoon King). Does anybody have any tips or perhaps a better image of this that I could use?
