Tim -- You missed sharing the same born-on date with Avery's Bugs by one day. If only the studio had been a little more agressive back in 1940 ;)

Turtles have birthdays, but they are not smart enough to know it.

In reality, you are a human, not a turtle, so you aren't so dumb.

In reality, you are a human, not a turtle...

How do you know that? Personally, I can only envision Sogturtle as the Turtle God of Cartoon Knowledge, who dwells in the pond of Wisdom and has a fully-equipped entertainment system on the back of his shell, with which he may monitor all cartoons upon this Earth and all others.

For your birthday, oh great one, I shall present sacrificial burnings of Korean redrawns...besides, I was going to burn them anyways.:)

Happy birthday you thing from another world you!

Happy Birthday.

I sort of envision him as a Cecil Turtle-like being, but a sea turtle, not a ground turtle because I think the fins look cool

Happy boithday.

Hey, Cecil is slow, but he's smart. (He's good at making up B.S. in Tortaise Wins By A Hare.)

Thank you guys-ers for the really kind (and funny) birthday wishes. I REALLY appreciated them!!

(It was dis-heartening to discover that I share my date of birth with these fellow-reptiles... MICK JAGGER, Gracie Allen, Kevin Spacey, Sandra Buttock (oops Bullock;)), Stanley Kubrick, and Vivian Vance. The others are okay, but MICK JAGGER!!! Great horny-toadies!! I thought I looked better than that!!!):D

To add to the weirdness of it all it should be noted that GRACIE ALLEN bore A middle name of... CECILE!!!!

With the peculiarities of my life I should note that I also share my birthday with two cousins and a great-aunt...

Joe, as far as burning the re-drawns, try to stand upwind of them;) Thank you sooooo much for your very nice comments. My montior screen doesn't look right with the big hole made where I tried to cut out your words of praise...

John, I know Bugs and I missed have the same birth-anniversary... One of the great regrets of my life (sob, sob, whimper, whimper):(

Jack, due to being in the water too much I actually had to put lotion on my fins yesterday!! It's rough being a turtle;)

He has to be a human. Turtles can't type, and don't have computers. I am not religious so don't start with me about this "turtle god".

Yurtle the Turtle

Isn't that a Dr. Seuss story?

Yes, and I'd wager that it was made into a TV special.

Welllll ROB...!!! We had to use a garden hose on the cake!!! Nearly engulfed the whole of Termite Terrace!!! Little children were screaming, and running scared for miles around... It's amazing how hot FOUR CANDLES can get over the course of several days burning... You're a good guy, glad you're back amongst the living, thanks and more thanks for the Birfday wishes!!!
