lol, nice touch there Flash. And geesh, I think Batman would be hurt that this question was even asked! Yes, Lois Lane is a GREAT journalist/reporter. But that's all she is. She does her job well, she's excellent when it comes to sneaky around and getting a scoop. But that's what you do in journalism. An invesitgator Lois is not. Batman is the all aruond best ever detective. He can figure out just about anything, find clues people didn't even see. There's a difference between being a detective/investigator, and snooping around for information for a story.
