Well the votes are all in from my poll:MOST UNDERATED CARTOON CHARACTER.....

There was a third place tie between
3.FLIP THE FROG recevied a 15.38%vote

3.BIMBO who also got a vote of 15.38%

2.BARNEY BEAR finshied with a voting percentage of 23.08%

And now for the winner of the most underated cartoon character of all time is.........

1.ANDY PANDA who got a whopping 30.77% votes,
AS THE UNDSIPUTED MOST UNDERATED CARTOON STAR OF ALL TIME....

I don't know how Barney Bear came in second. I would never have voted for him. His cartoons are all common. Could it be a merchandising issue?
