CNW/TT Update: The Profiles Pages ^___^

So anywhoo. the new profiles pages are up and done for CNW and TT. Some of you noticed that the TT ones have been up for a while but I didnt want to update the front page until I finished CNW as well. Any feedback so far? :)

The pictures are all new and those profiles have been bugging the living daylights outta me since #50 back on Keenspace.

Theres some vague info in a few that may help you understand some of the characters just a little bit more including some subtle things in some bios that hadnt been caught onto yet....


Now I've been up almost a straight 24 hours doing this and homework. may all the Macs in the Norris Hall labs die a swift and painful death. In the meantime - I'm going to bed. :D

With that out of the way...

I haven't read all of the profiles yet (I frist read about half the CnW and skimmed through the rest, and now I just finished the rest of the CnW profiles), but I examined the drawings and really liked what I saw. Your coloring has really advanced since you started the comics. I love the updated designs for Chip and Walter (the whole red vs. blue thing has been a great theme for them since the comic's beginning), as well as the devil and angel for Bradley, the old panels for some of the characters bring back some memories, the drawing of Twister on Omega creeps me out now for some reason (that or I just never noticed how much it creeped me out before), the NSFFS look nice with their differing personalities showcased in their portrait, and Professor Wetbread (he's a DOG?! Sorry, never noticed) looks just plain evil! Neat! I can't wait to see more of Cameron and the introduction of Dilton.

I like how you have written about the reactions of the Duckbill siblings over Donavan's death while still keeping some of the important information from the old profiles up (such as the mention about how Artie would mail himself to England if possible). And it is...nice...but, uh, disturbing, that Nickem keeps Twister's hand! YUCK!!! and YIPEE!!! all rolled into one statement! See, you sick, delusional fanactics! You CAN inspire Dub to do stuff to these characters!

Oh, and a nice, subtle hint about what is to come for the boys with Twist gone.

As for TT, I can't help laughing at a spoon named Dippy! I take it that's what is in Sarah's hair now? I like the new look you gave Kedzie and the complacement look of Sarah, and it's a nice touch having the kissing scene behind Lucky.

Man, Silver and Lienne look creepy, and, once again, Silver looks WAY TOO MUCH LIKE ME!!! (Of course, without the black suit and the bloody knife.) God, man, I think that's how I look whenever I just get completely pissed off, but that doesn't happen too much for a perfect angel like me. [A halo appears over Slane's head as he tries to hide his demon tail. :D] Then again, Sterling kind of looks like a friend of mine as well; too many white teenage males I know look like Sterling.

And, like with Cameron, I can't wait to see bird-of-the-century Percy in some real action, especially as he messes with a very Elmer Fudd-esque Pierre.

All in all, another great job from Dub (and can I guess correctly that Kedzie helped...even just a little?). For both sets of profiles, I liked the first appearance comic link for each character as well as other links reenforcing the descriptions you gave of the characters.

But A) We need to promote the chat more (I occasionally see SDF Jerry P in there, and occasionally peeps who WHOIS me and hunt me down... ;_;) and B) I NEED YOU TO REMOVE THE NOTE ON #BOTVGH_BOSSES. I now have Neo-Kamek (the main Op of that chat) breathing down my throat to get rid of it, which I obviously cannot do.... Okay, mabye not breathing down my throat, but still, that was intended to be SOLELY for your use as a way of finding me. (not that it matters anymore, because if I'm on one, I'm generally on the other.) Unless you WANT to get Neo-Kamek angry...

And you DON'T want to get Neo-Kamek Angry, because you might get Cow King angry...

And you don't want HIM angry, do you? :D

And one final note relating to the site: You should add a random quotes gnerator that comes up with psycho quotes ("Psycho" in the same semi-clean way as your comic, of course. :D) I have a few for ya if you need ideas. XD

I like these profiles a lot. ^^ You really took a lot of time on these, Dub, I can tell. XD

One of the things I noticed right away about Profeessor Wetbread's profile were the symbols that appear to represent different elements. I'm guessing this is a hint to his inventions that will become the four kids' enemies a little later on. I loved all of the profiles. I can't wait until the comics start back up again. Those profiles have me speculating already.
