For those of you who are not aware, Gotham Clock Tower (http://www.gothamclocktower.com/), is the official/unofficial site for the possible BOP tv series which may or may not have a possibility of airing this year. A new pic is up with Oracle and Huntress. Black Canary is in the back, but you can't even see her, so it's mostly a shot of Oracle and Huntress. If you've been following the trail of the BOP series, than definetly have a look!

i laughed for 10 minutes reading Bruce Wayne's post
if this show is gonna be better than Smallville, then I have no business being a comic book fan
the magic of Smallville is that there ARE NO costumes
remember Marvel had that superhero show a few years back-- Dark Man or Night Man-- remember how hokey it looked?
BoP looks worse.

In your opinion, Hornet. *I* think it looks better. Why? Because I am a Batman fan, more then a Superman fan. If he thinks it is going to be better then Smallville by a mile -- So what? Why are you all of a sudden so critical of other people's opinions?
Oh, and, that's funny… I didn't see Huntress (or any of them) wearing a costume. She looks more like a >something I am not going to say< then a hero.

That's the magic of BIRDS OF PREY, too. :)
BoP looks worse.
I agree. A teenage Black Canary and Huntress. Batman BANISHED? Or exhiled or whatever...

I don't see how that's possible. Smallville isn't the coolest show in the world, but I think it's still better than what this show will be.

I'll tell you one thing- I'll tune in to see the episode where Mark Hamil voices the Joker. That is sick! :D

id like to apologize to bruce wayne for laughing at his post-- he is certainly entitled to his opinion
and i was wrong about hte costume thing-- the only pic i had seen before was the one weve all seen, and i mistoke that terrible looking black leather dress thing for a costume
in any case, BoP is a show about bat-kicks
what next? a show about Jimmy Olsen and Bibbo?
oh well-- ill watch the first few episodes, if only because the actresses look pretty hot.... ;)

Ah, don't worry about it. At least I made someone laugh. That I can at least like. But still, we are all entitled to our opinions. And I haven't been much of a Superman fan. That's not to say Smallville isn't good. I'm just saying Smallville has its high points and its low points. I mean, Smallville's a show with a freak of the week each episode, wouldn't half the town be freaks by now? But then, I'm sure BoP is gonna have its ups and downs. My critism of Smallville in this way may be because I have lost much interest in the show. In the beginning, it was soo awesome, but now, the plots have seemed to be sucking. A girl who wants to win class election and uses bees to hunt her fellow candidates? Where's the excitment and drama in that? Who knows, maybe I'll find Smallville to be better by the time some things stat to stir up...
Boy, that was a lot of typing of pointless babble... :p

thanks for the understanding Bruce
to me, the FotW MAKES smallville in a way-- it keeps me engaged
i just cant see a show about sidekicks doing that-- i dunno why
like i said, ill watch the first few episodes to be sure
maybe Clark can make an appearance
or better yet LANA ;)

Ya'll need to give this show atleast a chnace cause i know this is how most of you felt towards Smalleville. Aslo, any guesses on what the theme song will be?

Right you are Chibi. A LOT of people were critical about some some called "smallville"...and look at it now. A show that is watched and enjoyed by many people. Yes, there are people who still don't like it, but I think a lot of people who had doubts were proven wrong. And I think the same will hold for BOP. It also depends on what kind of fan you are. Superman fans may be more supportive of a Superman show than a Batman one, and visa versa, for obvious reasons. As a main Batman fan, I'm stoked that BOP is a possibility, but I also hope it wont be a disgrace...and even still, I'm totally in love with Smallville. And interesting question Chibi....I haven't a clue what the theme song might be, but I would warrant something darker...if they chose a song like Smallville has, that would be a big mistake. I'm really hoping Huntress wont be dressed like that most of the time, she looks like a slut, and hopefully Black Canary, even though she's just a kid in this series, will begin to resemble her comic counterpart a bit more. We'll all find out on the 14th, now only two days away!
