I rented a Tex Avery tape at Hollywood Video that had an uncut print of Magical Maestro. With the China scenes and black singer scenes intact (i even enjoyed the carman meranda cardboard cutout dress/shorts, which is cut from the edited version). I did happen to spot one more scene that is not listed in the Censored Looney Tunes Guide. Did you know Poochini gets turned into a China boy at the end too? I even found out a way CN could edit this cartoon without tripping like they usually do.

You're a lucky person if you hate censorship. I am sure many other people here wish they saw that tape.

...maybe I'll look that one up. MGM, right?

BTW, Brandon, does dubbing make you look better and more colourful?? :D

For those of you interested, Tex Avery Screwball Classics 4 has the unedited version of Blitz Wolf. If you missed the Wartime Cartoons special, or want to see it without the edits, keep your eyes open for this one.

Also, it has the unedited What Price Fleadom.

I just now realized that Thad has reviewed it at Amazon.com. For some reason Amazon is using that review for both Vol. 3 and 4. I criticized this way back in Feb before I had any idea who Thad was because I thought that he had videos confused and didn't realize Amazon's error. But I'm going to edit that review as soon as Amazon's servers let me and restore your good name, Thad!

See what the heck I am talking about below

Vol. 3: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/6301979702/

Vol 4: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/6302308283/

Just buy the tape you want! Recently on eBay, they had volume 10 of a series titled as volume 9, but I still knew the truth. Don't let errors fool you.
